CGT provides customized Second Tier support options that will meet the needs of your installations and support for your organization. These can include: field installation of devices and testing, back-up telephone support for field technicians on an on-call 24/7 basis, remote diagnostics or site visits.
Training

CGT provides you with customized training on all of the CGT systems. Full-day and three-day training sessions are available on site for most solutions. Contact your Account Representative for details or to schedule training at your convenience.
